Adults only; no child exploitation
Zvoog, operated by Bereshit Services LLC, is for adults aged 18 and older. Anyone under 18 may not create an account or participate in dating. A false age does not make someone eligible.
Zvoog prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sexual solicitation or sexualization of a child, sexual extortion, trafficking, and attempts to arrange or facilitate abuse. Creating, uploading, possessing for distribution, sharing, requesting, promoting or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) through Zvoog is prohibited, including synthetic or AI-generated depictions. These rules apply to profiles, photos, messages and all other use of the service.
Report a concern
For a suspected underage account or child-safety concern, contact support@zvoog.com with the subject Zvoog child safety concern. Include a short description, the account or conversation reference if visible, and the approximate date. Privacy-related requests can also go to privacy@zvoog.com.
Zvoog is operating a closed early pilot. Where a real-member pilot conversation is enabled, use Safety options → Report this person. You can separately block the person. Public dating enrollment is not open; reports in the clearly labeled demo are not sent to moderation. Email is available for reporting concerns about any version.
Do not attach, download, copy or forward suspected child sexual abuse material to make a report. Describe where you encountered it. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement. Zvoog support is not an emergency service, and immediate replies are not guaranteed.
Our response standard
Safety reports require review and appropriate action. Where necessary, we restrict account access while reviewing a concern. Known prohibited material must be removed or access disabled, and accounts involved in abuse may be suspended or closed. Suspected underage participation requires restriction and an eligibility review; a confirmed underage account must be removed.
We follow applicable child-safety laws. Confirmed CSAM must be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority, as required, with evidence handled and retained only as legally necessary. We cooperate with lawful requests from the relevant authorities. Safety inquiries for Zvoog should be directed to support@zvoog.com.

איך מדווחים?
אם נתקלתם בחשבון של מי שחשוד כקטין או בחשש לפגיעה בילד, כתבו אל support@zvoog.com וציינו בנושא דיווח על הגנה על ילדים ב־Zvoog. כללו תיאור קצר, פרטי זיהוי של החשבון או השיחה אם הם מוצגים, ותאריך משוער. לפניות בנושא פרטיות אפשר לפנות גם אל privacy@zvoog.com.
Zvoog פועלת כעת במסגרת פיילוט מוקדם וסגור. בשיחה אמיתית במסגרת הפיילוט אפשר לפתוח את אפשרויות בטיחות ולבחור דיווח על המשתמש. אפשר לחסום את המשתמש בנפרד. ההרשמה הציבורית להיכרויות עדיין אינה פתוחה; דיווחים בהדגמה המסומנת אינם נשלחים לטיפול. אפשר לדווח באימייל על חשש בכל גרסה.
אין לצרף, להוריד, להעתיק או להעביר חומר החשוד כתיעוד של פגיעה מינית בילדים לצורך דיווח. תארו היכן נתקלתם בו. אם ילד נמצא בסכנה מיידית, פנו לשירותי החירום או למשטרה. תמיכת Zvoog אינה מוקד חירום, ואין התחייבות למענה מיידי.
אופן הטיפול
דיווחי בטיחות מחייבים בדיקה ופעולה מתאימה. לפי הצורך נגביל גישה לחשבון בזמן הבדיקה. כאשר נודע על חומר אסור, יש להסיר אותו או לחסום את הגישה אליו; חשבונות המעורבים בפגיעה עשויים להיחסם או להיסגר. חשד להשתתפות של קטין מחייב הגבלה ובדיקת זכאות. חשבון שאומת כי הוא שייך לקטין חייב להיות מוסר.
אנו פועלים בהתאם לחוקים החלים להגנה על ילדים. חומר שאומת כתיעוד של פגיעה מינית בילדים חייב להיות מדווח ל־NCMEC בארצות הברית או לרשות האזורית המוסמכת, בהתאם לדרישות הדין. ראיות יטופלו ויישמרו רק ככל שנחוץ לפי הדין. אנו משתפים פעולה עם בקשות חוקיות של הרשויות המוסמכות. לפניות בטיחות הנוגעות ל־Zvoog כתבו אל support@zvoog.com.
